ADMINISTRATION VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM SETUP:
- TURN ON VIEWSONIC BY PRESSING POWER BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE UNIT
- IF THE VIEWSONIC WAS IN A DEEP SLEEP IT MAY TAKE A MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO TURN ON.
- PLEASE DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS WHILE UNIT POWERS ON
- ONCE THE VIEWBOARD HAS SUCCESSFULLY TURNED ON AND IS SITTING AT THE HOME SCREEN, SELECT THE "VCAST" APPLICATION ON THE HOME SCREEN
- OPEN "VCAST SENDER" ON USER LAPTOP
- INPUT VCAST CODE DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN AND SELECT "CAST" FROM THE LIST OF OPTIONS ONCE YOU ARE CONNECTED
- VERIFY YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN IS DUPLICATED ON THE SCREEN OF THE VIEWBOARD
- PLUG IN THE WHITE USB CABLE FROM THE VIEWBOARD TO YOUR LAPTOP
- OPEN TEAMS ON YOUR LAPTOP
- CREATE A MEETING/JOIN A MEETING
- SELECT THE CUSTOM SETUP BUTTON RIGHT BELOW "COMPUTER AUDIO" TO ENSURE AUDIO SETTINGS ARE CORRECT
- ENSURE SPEAKERS ARE SET TO "CAST AUDIO"
- ENSURE MICROHPHONE IS SET TO "ECHO CANCELLING SPEAKER PHONE (VB-CAM)"
- AFTER CHANGING YOUR SETTINGS, ENSURE YOU CAN SEE YOURSELF WITH THE VIEWBOARD CAMERA IN THE LITTLE CAMERA PREVIEW SCREEN
- START YOUR MEETING
- WHEN FINISHED, CLOSE TEAMS, DISCONNECT VCAST, AND DISCONNECT WHITE CABLE
- HOLD DOWN POWER BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE VIEWBOARD AND TURN OFF VIEWBOARD
