Websites Are Blocked That Should Not Be


If you see a similar message and you believe you should not be receiving this message please confirm you have done the following.

1. Reboot your computer
2. Log back in to your computer and log in to Novell
3. Wait at least 10 minutes and try your website again
4. If you are using Google Chrome, please make sure you are logged into Chrome. You can follow this KB article to do so. https://northernyork.sherpadesk.com/article/dw6ndv...

For further troubleshooting you may try the following.

1. Navigate to www.northernpolarbears.com
2. Under the "For Staff" menu click on "Content Keeper Login"
3. A page opens and states "Continue" please click on "Continue
4. A new window will open. Click "Logout" in this window.
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2
6. Log in
7. Test the sites you were having trouble with.
8. If you are still having an issue, please make IT aware.

Note: If you get to step 3 and it is asking you to log in, please log in and skip to step 7. You must be logged into ContentKeeper to properly browse the internet.
