Content Keeper presenting Failure: BYOD entry not present error

When trying to log in to Content Keeper in Google Chrome you are being presented with the error "Failure: BYOD entry not present". To resolve this error, you must clear your Google Chrome browser cache. Please following the steps below.

1. Put the following URL in your address bar in Chrome and hit enter
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2. For the time range select all time
3. Make sure all of the boxes are checked and click clear data
4. Close all Chrome windows and then try Content Keeper again

In case the URL doesn't work you can get to the same place by click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of Chrome. Then click settings and then Clear browsing data in the settings menu.
